Treat your overstimulated mind to a session of vibrational therapy for the mind body and spirit. Immerse yourself into the sounds of the gong, Tibetian bowls, drums, ocean sounds, Koshis and Mantras from different ancient civilizations and indigenous cultures to promote your own well-being, introspection and harmony.
During a group sound healing session, we start with a simple meditation, tune in to ourselves and then you’ll lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen up while Recha plays a variety of instruments and you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations. After this experience Recha usually opens the circle to share experiences students encounter during their sessions.
Regular price at Atman Studio Zürich 79 CHF per session.

Recha offers a deeply intimate and transformative couple’s sound bath, designed to foster connection, relaxation, and energetic harmony between partners. In this private session, the two participants are guided into a space of stillness, where sound waves gently dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and create a shared experience of deep presence.
The session begins with a short meditation to help both individuals tune into themselves and each other, setting a shared intention for the journey ahead. As they settle into a comfortable position—lying down or supported by cushions and blankets—Recha weaves a symphony of sounds using gongs, Tibetan bowls, drums, ocean sounds, Koshis, and ancient mantras. The vibrational frequencies work on a subtle level, inviting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a heightened sense of connection.
The session closes in silence or with an opportunity to share reflections, allowing couples to integrate their experiences and carry the resonance of the sound bath beyond the session. Whether seeking relaxation, deeper connection, or a unique shared experience, this sound bath offers a sacred space to journey together through the power of sound.

What is sound healing?
Recha • Sound Alchemy, 10+ years of experience in the well-being space
Sound Healing, Sound Baths, Sound Meditation - all the names!
Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Sounds and vibrations have a tremendous influence over human functionality as sound touches and influences the emotions like no other source. They are a medicine to recreate that natural and calm state of the mind, body and soul.
Holistic health is more important to the human experience than ever. Recha hopes that in this transitional period of human history, we are able to resurface with a new awareness of ourselves and what makes us feel whole.
When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.
Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level. Some of the benefits of sound therapy include:
lower stress levels
fewer mood swings
reduce anger, depression and fatigue
improved sleep
Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, and dementia.

FAQ
-
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other harmonic tools. These vibrations help calm the mind, relax the body, and promote a sense of balance and well-being.
During a sound bath, you typically lie down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays a variety of instruments, creating a rich, resonant soundscape. The frequencies and vibrations interact with the body and nervous system, encouraging deep relaxation, stress release, and even emotional or energetic shifts.

Atman Studio has the capacity to hold 18 participants. Depending on the sold tickets, it can be anything from 3-18. If you are looking for something more intimate, check out the private session or come with a friend for a “couple” session.

No prior experience is needed to attend a sound bath! Sound baths are accessible to everyone, whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice. All you need to do is lie down or sit comfortably, relax, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
There are no techniques to master—simply listen, feel, and let go. The vibrations naturally guide your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation, making it an effortless and enjoyable way to relieve stress and restore balance. Just come with an open mind, and the sound will do the rest!

Children (10+) are welcome if they can remain quiet and relaxed throughout the session. Sound baths can be a beautiful way for them to experience deep relaxation and sensory awareness. However, some children may be more sensitive to loud gongs or deep vibrations, so it’s important to prepare them and ensure they feel comfortable. If your child has difficulty staying still for long periods, a private session may be a better option, allowing them more freedom to move while still benefiting from the experience.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax fully. Layers are a great option, as your body temperature may drop while lying still. You may also want to bring warm socks or a cozy sweater for extra comfort.
Since you'll be lying down for an extended period, avoid restrictive clothing like tight jeans or anything that may cause discomfort. The goal is to feel as relaxed as possible so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
